Gary, the owner of the business, has previously spent 15 years working for main dealers including Nissan, Ford, Rover and Hyundai, gaining massive experience which he successfully used to build his own company, 'Shield Service Centre' in Colwick Industrial Estate gaining a large customer base who, after 8 years, followed Gary to Arnold  where he opened larger premises called 'Arnold Service Centre' to accommodate the ever growing customer base..
